The information you submit via the Site becomes our property and will be shared with up to three investment advisors. You agree not to submit false or misleading information.

The Index Investing Show, LLC does not provide any investment, financial, legal or tax advice. We do not endorse or recommend any investment companies or advisors and we do not guarantee that any of the advisors to whom we forward your application will contact you or agree to provide you with services. We are not responsible in any way for the conduct of the advisors and companies that are matched with your on-line application. If you would like personal advice or specific recommendations, you should consult with an investment advisor or other qualified professional.

We reserve the right, for any reason, at our sole discretion, to terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site, including, but not limited to, content, features or hours of availability.
